      You're very organized Patricia! In your composition, you detail the hours and minutes so everything is perfect. I'd like to add a piece of advice for the first and second weeks. "Some colleagues may give you useful advice, but often some techer gives you advice about the institutional climate, work relationships, etc. I think you should listen to them, be polite, but forget them when you leave the techer's room. You'll get to know people yourself and form your own opinions."

      When you want to go trekking, you need to have a plan.
      First you have to decide who to go with.
